Sorta clean. Certainly not a health conscious chain. If you are looking for more than just meat go somewhere else. Husband loves it but I am not a fan for the mere trace that I don't eat meat or dairy. Had a few side choices. If you are not worried about cleanliness & lack of alternative options this is the place for you
I absolutely love Texas Roadhouse but last night was terrible. Called ahead for my girlfriends birthday (only a party of two) last night and wasn’t on their list (called two hours before). Had to wait 40 min for a seat even when calling ahead. Lady at the front desk I think her name was jasmine was very unprofessional and rude even though I was being very nice to her. It took us about another 40 min to get our food which was very cold. Never had this problem before with Texas Roadhouse. Just was very disappointed considering it was my girlfriends birthday. After last night I’m wondering if I will go back to this Texas Roadhouse....
The food was surprisingly good as was the service. I got the 6oz Serloin special and was very pleased. It was wonderfully tender for that cut of meat. Hubs got a rack of ribs and thought they were very good. The hot from the oven rolls and butter were delicious!
Friendly atmosphere, reasonable prices, more than 1 can finish; dinner for tomorrow! Great place to meet friends and family. Surprised there was no waiting line today, considering Christmas shoppers. Wait and table clean up staff could be more up beat.
The food is always fantastic, especially the rolls and honey butter. The staff is almost always on point, way more than I can say for other large chain restaurants that start with an O or a L and at theirs the prices are higher. I will continue to come back to Texas Roadhouse even though it's further for me to drive to, because quality is worth the wait.
