Had an issue with the first bed we bought came in to see if we could exchange the bed. when we arrived we were informed because of something a former sales person did we no longer could the original $1500 credit which meant we couldn't get the bed we wanted. The manager Erica hooked us right up going far above and beyond by sacrificing her commission so we could get the bed we actually wanted. Would definitely recommend this store to friends considering the amazing customer service.
John was very helpful. We went in the store with a issue with our mattress and he was able to resolve it immediately. We are happy with the service that was provided to us. We have purchased mattresses from your company for many years and will continue to do so and will recommend John and your company to friends and family.
I recently went into the Camden location to see what they offered and I am so pleased I did. Brenden the salesman was beyond pleasant helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I was surprised at the great prices affordable payment plans and great selection. Can't wait until tomorrow to have my bed delivered. Thank you again Brenden I will definitely be back in the future.
