I would NOT recommend this place. It was not clean at all. The front waiting room was filthy! The exam room was dirty and the restrooms were filthy! There was water and toilet paper ALL over the floor. There are more drug addicts around this place than an abandoned warehouse! The place smelled like smoke. It's just disgusting! To top it all off the nurse practitioner didn't call in my daughter's prescription! I called the on call doctors number but guess what?! The answering machine was FULL! SO MUCH FOR URGENT CARE! I'm NEVER going back!
Locked their doors 30 minutes before closing. Called and was told it's so they can leave on time and it was ridiculous of me to think they should have to stay late to see patients. Disgusting.
I will never go to this place again. It was once good when I moved down here, but as you can see, all the decent reviews are pretty old. This place is all about money since they over-schedule and I always had to wait. I made the mistake of going here for my ultrasounds when I was pregnant and EVERY single time I went in for my appointment, they always put me in the regular room instead of the OB room. They can't even handle simple tasks. After I had my daughter I had developed lumps on my upper legs and was rudely told by the doctor that I need to "bathe more"... excuse me? I found out by the place across the street that I had a staph infection and could've died if not treated, which this place did NOTHING about. Please go to the walk in place across the street instead. This place needs a visit from the state. They do not care about patients at all. Change your ways doc in a box!
I waited 2 HOURS to have a super simple quick pre-op physical done...and I had to leave because I couldn't wait anymore to be seen! They had 1 doctor there supposedly on a SATURDAY!!! Not to mention there were only 2 other people in there when I arrived and there are no excuses as to why I had to wait so long! Probably bc they took the accumulated people that came in after me! I now have to go somewhere else to have this done!
