Visited with a heavy heart having learned my dog has end stage renal failure. Met a knowledgeable , compassionate staff person who demonstrated empathy and support. Looking forward to visiting again.
Lovely pet store in the neighborhood of Dover. They seem small but are actually packed. Worth a visit.
It would have been nice for a signal or something instead of as I walked in a turn away, in case of eye contact.

Nice store, but whomever was working today was on the phone in one aisle, while 2 other customers in the store.
I wanted to try going to a non corporate store and help out a local business, but if I can't even get a "I'll be right with you" then obviously my business isn't needed.
